Waukesha Citizens Police Academy Association, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization comprised of citizens that volunteer their time and talent to support the Waukesha Police Department and help raise funds for the department’s needs.

Our Board of Directors

Ron Pederson
President
Ron graduated from Class 3 Citizens Academy in 1999 and started actively participating with WCPAA in 2016.

Michele Grosenick
Vice President
Michele graduated from Class 29 Citizens Academy in 2014 and joined WCPAA in 2015. Michele has previously served as the President of WCPAA and rejoined the Board as VP in 2025.

DJ Rogan
Treasurer
DJ graduated from Class 21 Citizens Academy in 2006 and joined WCPAA in 2007. DJ was on the board as Secretary since 2019 and changed to Treasurer in 2025.

Kristina Meridith
Secretary
Kristina graduated from Class 23 Citizens Academy in 2009. Kristina joined the Board as Secretary in 2025.

Robert Johnson
Member at Large
Bob graduated from class 25 Citizens Academy in 2010 and joined WCPAA in 2011. Bob has been on the board since 2023.

Lt. Joe Hendricks
Police Liaison
Joe has been working for the Waukesha Police Department since 2005. He has been the head of Citizens Academy and police liaison to WCPAA since 2023.
WCPAA SCHOLARSHIP
Waukesha Citizens Police Academy Association, Inc. recognizes students as they prepare to further their education. WCPAA, Inc. awards 2 students with a $1000 scholarship in memory of Officer Michael Inzeo each year.
Our Mission
The mission of the WCPAA is to function as an interactive support program between the City of Waukesha Police Department and the citizens of Waukesha.
